redirecting home page

Hi. I read some of your comments on a thread about redirecting the home page so as to make a single blog the home page. Can you give me instructions on how to do this in CS 2008? All the instructions I have found seem to be for 2007.

Basically, I have a site with a single blog. I would like the home page to redirect to that blog and just bypass the built-in home page altogether.

Any ideas? Thanks for the help
