CS 2007 - Spanish-Ecuador (es-EC) Language Pack

This is a Language Pack for Spanish-Ecuador, written for CS 2007 RTM. It´s not a 100% translation, but it should cover at least 75% to 80% of the content. I find this translation is enough to publish your Spanish CS 2007 website, as the not translated parts are mostly administrative stuff, which most visitors won´t usually see. There are also some new keys for my custom implementation, but those shouldn’t conflict with any new installation of CS 2007.
