CS 2.0 - German (de-DE) Language Files

This package contains

1) the German language resource files to be placed in the CS-web-folder \languages\de-de

2) additional .xml- and .config-files with entries that are not translated in the resource files. These files can be placed to their respective directories in the CS-web-folder. However, all those additionally translated sections now keep German, even when you view the CS-site with English language setting.
