How to show users all new (unread) blog posts since last visit in CS 2008?

I want to showed logged in users all the new (unread) blog posts since their last visit (in CS 2008). How can I do this? Thanks.

 I don't think CS tracks which blog posts a user has read out of the box.  Unfortunantly, the WeblogPost Query Overrides do not support setting a date range greater than a month.  By setting the DateFilter of the WeblogPostList QuerryOverrides, you can set a query for a specific day of the year by using BlogThreadType.Day, or for posts made within a month after a specific date by using BlogThreadType.Month.
