A little help please. I have created a Helpdesk Forum in our Community Server (v2.1.61129.2) where I post all FAQ's, guides, notices and IT discussions for our School. I also have several sub-forums to categorize all the Topics I cover.  Essentially I am making use of the Forum as a Helpdesk Knowledgebase.

The problem I have found however is that the default date filter set on our Community Server (Newer than 3 months) is hiding my older posts regardless of whether they are sticky or announcements or just normal posts. I do not want this to happen at all. I need all my posts to be visible at all times regardless of any Date Filters that have been set. We also need to keep the default date filter for all other Forum Groups so turning it off is not an option.

Does anyone know of any way to circumvent this little problem?

I lifted this answer from another thread:

Control Panel -> Administration -> Settings -> Date/Time Settings...... In there is a "Thread Date Filter" option which was set to 2 months by default.
