How to make a community server site page in Nepali language?

Here's what you need to do:

  1. Update the <site root>/Languages/languages.xml file to include an element for Nepali.  "ne" is the standard language code, I believe.
  2. Copy the folder named "en-us" and paste it back into the Languages folder.  Rename the folder you pasted to "ne".
  3. (This is the hard part.)  Open up each file in the "ne" folder, and translate it into Nepali.  Make sure to leave the resource names and other XML attributes alone.

These steps will allow users of your site to select whether they want to view it in English or Nepali.  From your post, I think that is what you want.
