CS 2.1 BlogML Plugin Installation

I'm trying to install the CS 2.1 BlogML plug-in. I can't seem to figure out what I should do thought cause it doesn't seem to work. I was confused by this line in the readme.txt on installing:

B- Add following line of code in your page where you want to be displayed:
       <Keyvan:BlogML id="BlogML1" runat="server"></Keyvan:BlogML>

What does that mean? I just want to be able to export my posts as BlogML? I tried going to http://myurl.com//ControlPanel/Blogs/BlogMLConverter.ascx but that doesn't seem to work. Maybe cause I havent finished installing properly.

Just wondering what I should do.

I think the Readme file is descriptive enough to install the add-in easily and quickly.

B- Add following line of code in your page where you want to be displayed:
       <Keyvan:BlogML id="BlogML1" runat="server"></Keyvan:BlogML>

The above text is saying that copy this text to the page.  A real world sample is also provided with the download package that you can check.
