Errors upgrading 2.x database to 3.0

Hi

I've just run into some errors while executing cs_2.x_to_3.0_upgrade.sql. Any ideas what's wrong here?

My CS version before beginning the upgrade was 2.1.60809.935. (schema version 2.1.27)
