Hi!

I cannot install my Community Server 3.0 with Small Business license, and I got this error. Tried to do things like putting culture="en-US" into web.config without success, when the Licence.ParseLicence parses the datetime from the server returned xml, it fails... is there any solution?

I saw another thread with the same problem, and I can see the exact line in the source which causes the problem... how much time is needed to have a fixed version?
