How do I add more items to the reason template drop-down?

Hi - I would appreciate any help anyone can give me.

I have 3 templates in my reason template drop-down when deleting a post.  How/where can I change the text for these?

Also, can more items be added to this drop-down?

In your installation find the file ~/Languages/en-US/Templates.xml.

All the templates you are describing are included in this file. You can add more of your own...
