Skinning CS 2.1 SP 2

I tried to changes skining in CS 2.1 SP 2 but did not see any changes. I changed the skin to PaperClip - Winter but it does not change. How to make these change take effect or do it manually?

The PaperClip skin is for blogs, and your blog is displaying with that skin as far as I can see.

Yup it just took forever... Sorry didn't when updating from a skin to another you have to wait 15 minutes... Reminds me Win 95...
