Display Name not showing up on default Photos page

I changed the administration settings in Control Panel to use the displayname of the users and change the user settings to use display name. On the main blogs page for the site it works fine, but when you click on the main photos page, it shows the username instead of the display name.

This also happens on the "Blogs on this site" page as well. Isn't the "Use Display Name" option supposed to put the users display name on all pages instead of the username? If so, is there a fix for this?
