In Global Forum Settings, I enabled option "Allow User Posting as Anonymous". Then I went to the forum's settings and enabled option "Enable Anonymous Posting for Users".

I logged out and then logged in as a non-admin user. I wrote a new post. On the options page I checked option "do not display my personal information with this post".

When I clicked the Post button, an exception was thrown. Call stack follows.

It also appears that my request to post anonymously is not being honored as my user name shows up when viewing the thread.

I will look into why this exception occurred.  I can tell you that this anonymous user issue not really being anonymous will be addressed as it has been filed as item #3900.

Thank you for finding and reporting this issue.  I keep you informed with what I find.

Thanks,
