Just installed URL fix help needed

Hi,

I just installed, and I'm not sure what exactly to do to fix my setup:

http://johnhgoodwin.com/

That URL works fine.  If you click on any link, all the links say:

http://johnhgoodwin.com/johnhgoodwin.com/

 
I'm not positive, but I'm guessing this is something to do with my virtual hosting provider which makes me put extra sites I host on the same account in a subfolder of the primary site.  The thing is, all the URLs work if you pull out the redundant johnhgoodwin.com.

 
That said, where can I edit to remove the extra part of the URL?
