I want to try and make users their sort of personal homepage when they log on to the site, in which they can create their own space
(well sort of anyway).
So for each user I auto-create a gallery and blog. This is really all they need.
My question now would seem: how to integrate those two in a single page? If at all possible, I'd like to disable commenting for individual blog posts and the gallery except for one, so all comments to the "home page" would be in a single place/comment list. I don't quite know how to get this working, but I'll give it a try over the next few weeks.
I'm going to start messing with the code later on, and keep you posted of my progress and post any relevant questions I come up with here. My question for now being: I will start with the aggregate lists, but are there any other files that would be essential for editing to accomplish this?

Seems like this is virtually impossible without writing a custom module. Let's first see what CS 2007 has to offer before I continue this project.
