Blog Permissions issue

I would like to make it so that only the owner of a specific blog can post to it but I cannot figure this out.

I created a new blog, made the user the owner, modified permisions so that no roles can post, just view and reply.

The result is that the owner of the blog cannot post now.

If I grant the owners group the permission to post then all members of the owners group can post to the blog.

 Any ideas?

I am using CS2.0
