can't open default page through a link.

I can't open the default.aspx page in any folder. It means that when I click a link which links to, for example http://localhost/cs/web/, then it says: can't find this page. However, when I type http://localhost/cs/web/default.aspx manually, it works. And the other links are the same, such as controlpale/default.aspx. I don't why? Any solutions?

Do you have access to IIS? Check the Properties to make sure default.aspx is set in properties --> Documents (tab).
