Ok, I must need the setup instructions for morons, because I have tried everythig. This is what I want to do. I have setup a weblog at weblog.empoweris.com running community server 2.0 and it works great, even better than great I love it. I now want to set up a second community site for a local redcross chapter. I have followed the instructions refenced in the developer wiki http://developer.communityserver.org/default.aspx/CS.MultipleCommunityInstallations as well as looked over Dave Burke's blog post http://dbvt.com/blog/archive/2006/05/21/4605.aspx. I am getting no where.
I I am setting up a new website in IIS. I have tried pointing it to the same directory as my first install and I get the multiple community virtualization error. I then setup the website to look in an alternat directory and I get a 404 error.
I will be happy to expound onmy setup details if any one needs them and i thank you in advance for any provided assistance.
