Changing User Welcome Spacer Requires Code Change

While skinning CS I found that in order to change the | spacer between Help and Inbox requires a recompile of the CommunityServerControls project.  The reason is because on line 64 of DisplayUserWelcome.cs, someone hardcoded the spacer to be | and not to be read from the Utility_ForumAnchorType_MenuSpacer  resource entry, as everything else is.

Therefore, I would request that someone change this for the 2.1 release.  It is simply an issue of consistency, if you want to change the spacer you should not have to recompile the code, but simply only touch one entry in the resource file.
