ok so i created an html webform in dreamweaver and copied the code into an article

the form is based in a table and as 4 textfeilds 1 text box and 2 buttons i have not set an action yet but i want to basicly email the form to me  i will run that on a seperate script   all was well in design veiw even showing up exactly how i wanted it yet when i viewed the page the only element showing is the labels which appear in the right hand column of the table..... am i missing something... am i supposed to create a brand new page altogether.

to add i am using the free version of community server

Is there a thread or another community discussing implementing a form in the CS forums or home page or even blog?

Thank you.

Thannk you. I will be following the progress on that as adding a standard form and submi actiont on an article would be great.

That's not possible without scripting - you can't nest forms and ASP.NET pages already have one form around them, so you'd have to script the action of the "form" you want to add to your article.

got it working needed to comment out the htmlscrubbing in the communityserver.config file and restart the web app...  wouldnt recommend it if you have multiple site thought due to security issues.
