Hi,

Is there anyway in which a link list could be shown on the blog page, preferably on the default theme.

Also any idea on how to show popular tags of posts on a blog site like whats done here http://weblogs.asp.net

Would appreciate any advice,

Thanks,

Taz

First, find a page that has the control you want to use.
Go to the file directory, and find the file that renders this page. Look through the file for references to the control.
Open the file for the blog page, in the theme you want to change. (Look for it in the Skins-folder, should be an ascx file)
Check for two things:
1) Does the file you want to modify contain the right tag prefixes as the file that holds the control you want to copy? If it doesn't you need to add the right tag prefix.
2) What control do you want to copy? If you don't know, just try copying each control and tag prefix to you get it right.

So in most cases it is just a matter of copying user controls on to the target page right? Thanks. I thought it needed to be 'turned on' through administration somewhere.

Thanks again,

Taz
