When you post a blog entry it says posted by admin, how can I change it to say e.g. posted by Granville?? I can't seem to tell where I do this I had a look around profile but still I can't seem to find anything.

Small problem but quite annoying.

Thank you

Granville.

It's in Control Panel: <root>controlpanel/Settings/General.aspx and you'll see an Enable Display Name option.

Hmmm still has not updated so I guess I'm updating the wrong thing, at the moment I have update my personal profile by clicking on my username and then editing my name.

Is there an option to edit my display name? if so where? I've had a good look around and can't seem to see it.

Thank you

Granville.

Wondering if this was ever solved?  I've spent days on trying to change the display name with zero luck.  As administrator, I went into theControl Panel, selected "Settings" and then "General Site Settings".  The Enable Display Names option is set to "Yes".  Is there anything else I need to do?  I've added new posts, and my userid is still displayed.  Any help with this would be very much appreciated!

Thanks,

Stan

Can anyone help with this?  Again I'm trying to get the Forums section to display the name a person enters in their profile area in the "About" tab.  Is this possible? I'd really appreciate some help!

Ok I found the problem. Once you enable the display name of the site, you must enable the display name for edit user.
