Advisable to include "tags" pages in a Google Sitemap?

Is it advisable to include all the "tags" pages in a Google Sitemap? I have noticed that Google will only automatically index simple pages with one tag if referenced with links from a Community Server site. For example: www.portugalnyt.dk/tags/Portugal/default.aspx Google will never automaticly...
