Hi, Sorry, newbie. Our implementation of CS is such that we only want the public browsers (everyone) to view the home page and certain article pages. The permissions allow us to prevent "everyone" from access to the content but, because a link to BLOGS is in the main navigation when the public...

But he can open the specific topics! I have tried to delete all his roles and add them again...

Goto Control Panel > Administration > Forums > Forums. Then press the Edit button next to the forum you wish to hide. On the next page, goto the UserPermissions tab and untick every permission next to 'Everyone' (and any other groups you don't wish to allow to see the forum), and...

I have a currently configured site using CS 2007. When I install the professional license that I just purchase it seems like a lot of things go wrong. First my admin login no longer works, my themes get messed up (images are missing and alignments are off), and I can no longer access the control panel...

I have set every area's Global Permnissions and unchecked all rights for group "Everyone". I then logged out, cleared my cookies and visit the site and I still get access to the Froums, Blogs, etc. What's going on? I need to prevent all posted content from view by unregistered users...
