My IE DOM ruler shows this box (called the .CommonContent) at 696px, the padding on both sides, for this Table, is 8px. As mentioned in the previous response the Common.css file is where you need to change these settings. Change them to 0px, which will leave you with 712px wide. Not enough obviously...
