Post view page called multiple times when published

When a post is published on the site I am working on, the post.aspx page is called 6 times and the view count is incremented 6 times in the DB. The user agent is "Telligent.Components (Microsoft Windows NT 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727.42 " and it looks like it is coming from...
