My CS 2008 database is missing all permissions for stored procedures. In the properties > permissions pane for every stored procedure I have checked, the permissions are blank. (Not even public is granted any permissions.) This is true for both a clean install as well as for my upgraded database....

I have CS 2007 on a host provider that I am going to upgrade to CS 2008 and move to a new host provider. The whole problem started when I needed to upgrade and found out from the CS 2008 instructions that I had to run the upgrade process locally (local instance of SQL) due to the upgrade being a Windows...
