uploaded the cs app, used the cs installer to copy the DB to the server, and I get this. After looking around this forum, I see that it has something to do with the Anon' user. looking at the tables directly, the anon' account is still there as is the admin account. Deleted all the cookies deleted...

I'm encountering the same error mentioned above. But I tried your recommendations (including a reboot) and haven't been able to get it working. There isn't any help from the event viewer and I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling... no luck. My host is a WinServer2k3 and is a domain...
