AggregateBlogList / Bloggers.aspx Shows Disabled Blogs

When looking at the list of "blogs on this site" which maps to bloggers.aspx and control AggregateBlogList.cs, disabled blogs show up in the list. When looking at a user's profile who owns a disabled blog the "view their blog" link does not show up, which is how it should work...

CS2.1: changing Blog URL renders blogs unusable (AKA WT[H|F] is the blog URL editable?)

1) In e-mails Well, I don't know, what you exactly mean by 'changing the email encoding'. The text in email looks like "Vnořování repeaterů" instead of "Vnořování repeaterů". It is not the problem on mail client side, it is problem on server side. Is there some way to change this behavior...
