I'm running CS 2008.5, created user, assigned user role WikiAdministrator.
When user logs into Control Panel, he gets "Access Denied" when clicks the Wiki Administration link.
Am I missing something or is there a bug?

I could reproduce the issue and have filed a ticket so the product team can address the issue in a future release. Once the product team looks at the issue they will decide which release will contain the fix.

Can any of the developers comment on this issue? I am having the same exact problem. I did some testing of my own and I find that granting wiki admin access to a user does not enable control panel on their menu.
When I add another role such as forum admin, the control panel shows up properly on the menu bar. In the control panel itself, both the forum and wiki admin show up properly. However clicking on wiki admin from the control panel itself will show the same "Access Denied" message.
I am able to get around this problem by giving the user System Admin, which is unacceptable in my situation.
