Ok, I know very little about theming, NB is helping me out with that, thanks for the advice, What I would like to know is how much flexibility is there is the Group theme, I see the Options for theming, CSS override yadayadayada, but it would be great to see what others have done with group theming!
For example, could you theme the header, from within the Group?

Groups support their own custom themes which are defined in ~/themes/hubs/ (n.b. hubs were renamed to Groups to make them more user friendly, but are still refered to as hubs in the code base). If you want to modify the header of groups, just give you group a custom master page file (as opposed to inheriting from the main master.master page).

That makes sense, its funny but in my own design for a community website we used HUBS as the name for what a group is, thats why CS is so important to our project. That really helps.

I need another themer, Nick, who is a Theme genius has given up his greatness and gone corporate on me, is there someone out there who is comfortable styling Group themes for me?
No themers out there? Need someone who can theme groups, css is pretty much there!
