Hi, I'm considering to switch my plone site to communityserver but I'm worried about spammers in the forum. Does anybody have experience with this? Is it a problem? Cheers, Markus

SPAM isn't much of a problem in CS.  CS has a number of spam rules which score posts on a set of criteria you can set - e.g. for every link after the 3rd link, add 1 point.  Posts over a certain score will be sent to be moderated by a moderator, and posts over a higher score will be automatically deleted.  This works for all posts in CS - forums, blogs etc.

I've found that because CS Uses LinkButtons instead of input buttons span is virtual nill.  Seems the spam bots can't lock onto LinkButtons
