Where do I get th Email Gateway MSI file

Hi.  We have the enterprise license, so we have the ability to use the Email Gateway, but on the installation instructions, it just says to "Install the MSI and follow the instructions", but I can't find out were to get the MSI for it.  Please help.

CS2.1 is two versions out of date, and so the MSI is no longer available for public download.  You'll have to contact your account manager or the telligent support team and ask for a copy of the CS2.1 Email Gateway.
