Can I still get Community Server 2007.1 msi?

Hi,

We currently have Community Server 2007.1 Express installed on our production site. I'm trying to create a dev evironment with the same server, but I'm unable to find Community Server 2007.1 executable anymore. The links I find (e.g.http://get.communityserver.org/download/moredownloads.aspx) take me nowhere. Can I still get Community Server 2007.1 Express msi?
