ExcludedLanguageFilters applies inside ControlPanel

If you set a language to ignore in your profile with ExcludedLanguagesFiltering enabled in the site, it will filter out sections you are trying to admin inside the controlpanel.

I imagine putting

query.IgnoreLanguageFilter = true;

Around line 74 of MediaGalleryAdmin/MediaGalleries.aspx.cs would resolve this if you agree the admin shouldn't have to deal with that limitation.

This issue has been resolved and the fix will be included in the first service pack for CS2008.
