Changing Domain Name (PropertyValues)

 I am soon to change my domain name for my CS 2007 application.

I notice that in the PropertyValues column of the cs_Posts table there is hardcoded http://olddomain/..... for the VideoUrl property.

So my question is .... Will these property values update automatically once I change to the new domain name?

Do I have to carry out any steps so that I have a smooth transition?
