Easier Customization

 Big thanks to the CS Team for making customizations much easier this time around.  When I created my own theme in 2007, it was dark color based, and so there were a million icons that had to get grinded through a graphics program to give them a dark matte.  This time around, I see minimal icons and even the tabs can get customized by overriding a few styles.
