Please help on "Windows Host "

 Hi, I am a community server new user. I met an issue and need your great help.

I succeed for whole process except the the last step of configuration. I found that I can not launch community server. I checked the installation log as suggested and there is a message saying "Windows Script Host failed. (The parameter is incorrect)".I suspect this is the system issue cuz I installed a JVM before and uninstalled it before installing CS. I searched on google of how to setup the WSH parameters but found nothing helpful.

I am not familar with system configuration. So please help me out.
