Allow membership administrators to only assign certain roles

This is a simple questions, i really hope someone can help me out, i am stumped here.

Is there a way to create a membership administrator and only allow them to asign certain roles? I don't want a membership administrator to assign someone to be a system admin.

Out of the box, it is not possible. But if you use the CS SDK, you can customize the CS code to enforce that rule.

Thanks for you reply. Can you point me in the right directrion of how i would go about customizing it?
