How Do I Hide The "Name" Field In Comments Form?

All of my users have to be logged in to review comments, so the name field is basically worthless.  i.e.  I have a generic account for family/friends.  If they try to change the name to their actual name, CS ignores it and sets it to Family which I'm fine with, but I'd like to remove it so the user doesn't try to change it and then wonder why it was ignored.

I tried to comment out the label and text field but it is part of a validation group and CS won't process the submit until all the required fields are filled out.  How do I tell CS to use whatever value it pre-populates and to not show the elements?

The elements in question are: NameTitle, NameDesc
