Add div# with overrdie

I am using kid Congo theme and don't have access to the server. The only thing I can do to customize my blog is use the css override section under "change how my blog looks". My question is

Is it possible to add another section to the sidebar (the one in the middle)? I would like to add po***r posts section and another section like the news section where I could add html and scripts?

How do I do it? please post the override code here. Thanks.
