I'm attempting to use the cookieAuthTest.aspx as a proof of concept and I'm getting the following exception when I try to access just about any page:

Type 'Telligent.CommunityServer.Security.CustomIdentity' in assembly 'Telligent.CommunityServer.SecurityModules, Version=3.0.20529.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' is not marked as serializable.

Additional Information:

I'm using the sdk out of the box but converted to .NET 3.5 with Visual Studio 2008. I'm also using a custom theme, however it is an exact copy of default.

Any Ideas?

This is an issue with Cassini.  For some reason, it tries to serialize a lot of data that IIS doesn't, so if you switch from using the VS Web Server to IIS, the errors will go away.

Hope this helps,
