Can not open communityServer20 (Internal).csproj error

Hi, I was trying to open the CS2007.1 SDK( Build 3.1.20917) follow the instruction in the SDK. I created the virtual directory and installed VS2005 sp1, which include the Web Application Project upgrade(was vs80-KB915364-X86-ENU.exe). But when I tried to open the Community Server 20.sln, I still got the error: "the project cannot be opened. The project type is not supported by this installation."

Any idea?
