Changing domain names on the hosted package and access to source code

 Hi I currently have the hosted package where I pay 200 per month, I have 2 questions, firstly I want to change the domain name of the site and secondly a lot of the changes to themes etc require access to the source code etc etc, I understand this if I was hosting the site myself but how do I get access to this as it is being hosted by telligent for me?
