Setting Permissions to a Blog

I am going in circles trying to find where I set permissions for a particular blog.  I want to give a particular GROUP or ROLE or both,  Manager priveleges to that blog.  Seems there should be SOMETHING to let me get to that panel from the "Managing [BlogName]" area

Are there any docs yet that provide some sort of description of where things are in cs2008?

Creating blogs and blog groups, setting permissions, and setting global options are site administration features (as they were in CS2007) -- if you select "Site Administration" from the main dashboard page in the control panel, then "Blog Administration"
