I've installed KBS, and I don't get the "Copy to KB" button that appears in the video, but I do get everything else. I've tried a fresh installation of 2.1, applied SP3, reinstalled KBS as per instructions, logged in as admin belonging to all roles, ticked every user/admin box for SystemAdministrator in ControlPanel > Knowledge Base > Default Permissions, and still no button.
Please help - it's getting urgent.
