Adsense: URL channels

I'm trying to beef-up my adsense channel and I'm thinking of using their URL channels. Has anyone used this for CS?

What I want to do is to the track the pages under a specific forum. For example, my forum "Daily News" has threads and posts. A URL channel can help me track those ads in those pages.

I think the nearest tip to accomplish what I want it says is this:

To track a script that generates multiple pages : enter the full path of the script, without the '?', in step 3 below. This will track example.com/sample.asp?keyword=one, example.com/sample.asp?keyword=two , etc.

Example : example.com/sample.asp

But say, my "Daily News" forum is addressed: example.com/forums/25.aspx. However, the threads and posts under "Daily News" is not addressed under example.com/forums/25.aspx.

Has anyone tried this? Accomplished using URL channels for their CS Websites?
