Error trying to edit KBTerms

I get this error when I click edit (KB Terms).  Any ideas how to fix it ?

Can you verify that the file exists?

Yes, the file exist (http://localhost/cs/kb/TermDefinition.aspx).

Thats http://localhost/kb/TermDefinition.aspx  -- not http://localhost/cs/kb/TermDefinition.aspx

Don't run locally under a virtual directory (cs)?  My guess is that kb doesn't like that.

It growls in your general direction for having done so.
