After going through the process of merging the setupnavbar file, uploading, click on install, having the host fix the permissions, clicking on install again, then clicking enter, I receive the following error:

Oops something went wrong!

You are definately having permission problems. In this case it's with reading one of the SQL files.

Check you permissions on the "\ControlPanel\Addons\" directory and, spefically, the  "\ControlPanel\Addons\knowledgeBaseServer\deploy" directory.

Thank You,
Chris

What should the permissions be, as I need to ask my host to perform that change?

Thanks

You should have read/write permissions on "/ControlPanel/Addons/"

Glad to help. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have.
