Does CS allows to use named url blogs *.blogs.mysite.com instead of www.mysite/blogs/* ?

if yes, how to configure it and where are the steps..

if not, any caution I should have when building a url rewriter?

Yes, it's possible.

I've seen a Url Rewriter for this here.
